In discouragement, In doubt, And wonder. The rain pours, and the swells are enormous - things are hard - they seem hopeless. The storm rages, and you are screaming for help. Hold on! There is a love still holding you in the deep. Stop screaming and inhaling the water - your God is here. Feel the hand that hasn’t let go. Peace- be stilled. Be calmed. Stop drowning - swim - Look up – grasp the air and spit out the water – float – Breathe, baby, breathe. Know – He hasn’t let go. We all go through storms, no matter our journey. Realize that Jesus is in the water with you- above and below- and within – surrounded you are. Breathe, baby, breathe and know – he uses the storms – he can calm them- he can use them to your benefit. See the storm as an opportunity to trust - to bud into the fruit God is creating. Jesus calm you now - he helps you to see his plan and his purpose. Hold the promise because he is holding onto you – he never lets you go. Have faith in your storm. Wind and wave obey. Breathe, baby, breathe – I got you, says the Lord. And other boats were with Him. 37 A fierce windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking over the boat, so that the boat was already being swamped. 38 But He was in the stern, sleeping on the cushion. So they woke Him up and said to Him, “Teacher! Don’t You care that we’re going to die?” 39 He got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Silence! Be still!” The wind ceased, and there was a great calm. 40 Then He said to them, “Why are you fearful? Do you still have no faith?” 41 And they were terrified and asked one another, “Who then is this? Even the wind and the sea obey Him!” 39 He got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Silence! Be still!” The wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Stilled
