“In God’s love”

Your lamp shines upon me,
I walk through the darkness by your light.

You see me; you see when enemies gaze upon me,
You notice evil intentions and the wicked hands against me.

You do not turn a blind eye nor leave me comfortless- you do not stand far away. You do not hide; you perform on my behalf; you shatter their teeth and break their fangs.

You, Lord, are my lamp; you never depart from me.
You light my feet and guide my path.
I need only to fix my eyes and heart upon you and obey.
You continuously are with me.

I know that I am with you, and you are with me.
I know that I am your offspring – a child of God: daughter of most High.
I know that I am held in your hand and guided by the Holy Ghost.
I know that I am doing my best to live and walk out my Father’s will.
I know you cover me with grace and clothe me with your righteousness.
I know that you died for my sins and wash me clean.
I know you love me, and I am safe in your arms.

You are with me, and you are my God.
I cry tears of joy knowing you strengthen me,
My heart leaps with happiness that your righteous right hand upholds me.

I am not dismayed nor fearful because I have the God of heaven.
I belong to the King of Kings.
You have sealed me, and my life is written in your book of life.

You are my might and my confidence,
You are continual with me wherever I go,
You are with me always.

You show me the path of life,
I am full in your presence.
You are my smile and my reward forevermore.
