My Beautiful

Isaiah 53:2-3 He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.

My Lord, when I found this verse, I honestly could never fathom it. Mainly because you are exquisite - your scars are beautiful to my eyes, your heart is beautiful to my soul, and your spirit is so pure to my heart. I cannot see how you are not majestic or beautiful. Perhaps it means when they beat you; maybe it means when your flesh was so torn and broken open - your blood running out - your sweat coming down your face- the agony of your pain. They say you were not recognizable- you looked like a monster because of the torture. But I still cannot see it because you are the loveliest to me. Yes, I would have to disagree - I cannot see where there is no desire for you, my King.
You say all things are possible to those who believe- when you are going through this - remember these words - you are beautiful- you are lovely- you are the most majestic man I have ever known, and you are the God who loves. I know you hurt, but you overcome. I ask Father for strength for you, in your name, amen.

"You loved me to the point of death- you love me- and I love you, Lord."

"In my eyes,
You are the strongest,
In my eyes,
You are the greatest,
In my eyes,
You are magnificent,
In my eyes,
You are the most beautiful-

In my eyes, you are my God everlasting- always and forever."

Thank you for your compassion and sacrifice for mankind- for being despised, rejected, suffering, and being in pain for us. Blessed be the Lord Jesus Christ forever and ever, Amen.

“In my eyes, you are beautiful.”
